"Be true to who you are, and the business name you bear."
Evergreen Property Management wants to be your property manager. We are a locally owned and operated business; that means we live in the community we do business in. We put our name on every bit of business we do, and that means a lot to us. We strive to serve with integrity, and value truth and honesty. After 20 plus years of managing family owned properties, we're now excited to bring our experience and services to the community. Evergreen Property Management, LLC was founded in 2012 in response to a market-driven need for experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy property management professionals. Evergreen is redefining industry standards by implementing new and innovative technology, and pioneering new ways to serve our clients better. Evergreen's goal is to respond to every issue and concern in a timely manner, and to exceed our client's expectations every time. Evergreen knows repeated excellence builds trust.
We want to be in business for a long time; we love what we do! To make that happen, we need to take good care of all our clients. Evergreen Property Management is unique, in that we approach business with the heart of a teacher. It is extremely important to us that our owners know exactly what services they're paying for, and that they're never "surprised" with unexpected expenses. Tenants need to be set up for success through careful instruction regarding contractual responsibilities and the proper care and maintenance of their home. Homeowners need to be aware of the CC&R's and By Laws that govern their community. With thoughtful communication, property management is a win-win reality.
Meet the Evergreen Team
Cyndi Strandberg, President and Owner After studying at Seattle Pacific University, Cyndi left downtown Seattle to make Oregon her home with her husband, Eric. A few years down the road, Cyndi began a cleaning business specializing in the maintenance of million dollar homes, which quickly took flight as one of the leading home-care services in the area. After selling this first business and several other successful business ventures, Cyndi’s passion for her children’s higher education, coupled with her expertise in entrepreneurship, led her to found Evergreen Property Management in 2012. Under Cyndi’s responsible management and professional expertise, Evergreen has grown exponentially and is now approaching 600 doors. She wants to see her community cared for and valued as a collective group of unique individuals.
Cyndi believes that leadership should exude diligence and promote a servant’s heart, which is why she has spent many years volunteering in her community as a small group leader, at school events and has recently flown down to Morelia, Mexico as part of a team to serve alongside NOE International. A day in the life of Cyndi consists of almond milk lattes, looking on the bright side and organizational post-it note systems - in that order. .
Christine Miller, Finance and Accounting Manager Christine is the Evergreen Finance and Accounting Manager, in charge of processing and balancing Evergreen accounts. Christine came to Evergreen after seven years as a Stock and Bond Trading Assistant - working with multimillion dollar exchanges - at Ferguson Wellman Capital Management. Furthermore, Christine also worked for several years at Copper Mountain Trust as a Mutual Fund Trader and Security Clearing Cashier. Whether over the phone or face-to-face, Christine talks to others as she would her next-door neighbor – with respect, kindness and a genuine smile. She believes that trust isn't just a one-time payment, but steady deposits of reliability as a long-term investment.
For years, Christine has volunteered for her community, as a Family and Children’s Ministry Leader, MOPS leader and volunteer at East Orient grade school. In her spare time, Christine enjoys hiking, playing Settlers of Catan and good old-fashioned family time with her husband, Mike, and two children, Blake and Ellie.

Deeana McMahan, Tenant Management Specialist Deeana is a part of Evergreen’s Tenant Management department, in charge of assisting clients in the set up and care of their beautiful new homes, as well as processing incoming and outgoing work orders with speed and efficiency. Born and raised in the Gresham area, Deeana views these houses as homes, with an eye for home improvement and up-to-date style. After returning from college, Deeana worked at US Bank, and quickly moved up the ranks because of her attention to detail and sunny personality. After a few years there, she decided to stay at home and raise her three children. Deeana truly cherishes her friendships made in the Evergreen staff. She says getting to work with hard working, diligent and compassionate people makes coming to work easy. On a hot summer day, you can find Deeana soaking up the sun – whether in the water or spiking a volleyball. In addition to Deeana’s passion for property management, she has coached volleyball for the last ten years. Her encouraging spirit easily "lofts" right over into her work at Evergreen and brightens the day of whoever she works with!
Marissa Hall, Tenant Management Specialist Marissa is a part of Evergreen’s Tenant Management department, in charge of assisting clients in the set up and care of their beautiful new homes, as well as processing incoming and outgoing work orders with speed and efficiency. To her, a home is more than four walls and a roof. A home is open windows, laughter and fuzzy blankets with a mug of hot chocolate. Marissa is a home-grown Oregon girl. After she graduated from high school, Marissa continued her education to higher studies at college. With her aptitude for communication and meeting new people, Marissa fits right into the Evergreen staff.
Marissa is always ready to take a big bite out of whatever task lies before her, whether it’s a new rental going on the market or home-cooked Italian pasta. A hard day’s work is a good night’s rest in her book, that is, unless the book she’s reading is The Hobbit or The Hunger Games.
Hannah Strandberg, Communication & Marketing Hannah works as Evergreen's Communication and Marketing Specialist. Despite her inclination towards rain and all things green, Hannah flies down to California every fall to study dual degrees in Music and English at Biola University, but follows her roots back to Oregon every summer to work for Evergreen. Growing up in the renovation environment, Hannah has been learning since childhood what it is that owners and tenants are looking for in a stylish yet practical living space. Every house needs a strong foundation - in its structure and its management – and every person deserves to be in a residence that they’re proud to call home. With a passion for story-telling and writing, Hannah enjoys writing modern and innovative marketing for Evergreen Property Management.
